Iggy Azalea visited with an old friend Monday – her plastic surgeon!

The 26-year-old “Fancy” rapper posted a photo with Dr. Ashkan Ghavami, the Beverly Hills plastic surgeon responsible for Azalea’s 2014 breast augmentation.

“Caught up with @DrGhavami today!!!!” she captioned the candid shot. “Incase you were curious 1. he is hilarious 2. He is my Greek yogurt soul mate 3. He is the reason I have Fabulously perky boobs (LOL_).”

Ghavami shared the same photo to his account, giving more detail about Azalea’s surgery. “With our #FlashRecoveryBreastAugmentation she recovered in less than 24hrs and was able to DANCE with #JLO at the #AMAs just 4 DAYS POST OP,” he explained.

Azalea has been open and honest about her plastic surgery in the past, going under the knife for a nose job in addition to her implants.

“I didn t [need plastic surgery],” she recently told Ellen DeGeneres. “There was nothing wrong with me. I think it s a personal choice and anybody, man or woman, they should be able to make an informed decision, and if you want to change something, then that’s up to you.

She told DeGeneres she changed her breasts because “I didn’t have boobs.”

“Before, I just had nipples, and now I have breasts,” she said. “Thought I could use some – it would be a good addition.”

Of course, Azalea wasn’t visiting with Ghavami for another breast augmentation. “He does [Platelet-Rich Plasma] skin treatments now, which happens to be why I stopped by,” the Australian blonde added in her caption. “Summer is here and you #CantFakeGoodSkin.”
