"I feel more confident in me," says Haddish, 41. "I got somebody that cares about me." Thanks to a veggie-heavy diet and daily workouts, she's lost 40 lbs. He eliminated take-out meals and sugar because he felt "sluggish ... The procedure was "not a quick fix," says Osbourne, 36. "If you don't work out and you don't eat right, you gain weight." She also spent a year in therapy "to prepare myself for the surgery ... Her dinners now consist of a protein and a side of vegetables. "We love Brussels sprouts, asparagus and broccoli," says Curry, 31. "I like to roast them on high heat to give everything a nice char." She also enjoys bike riding with her family, online workouts, and resistance training with light weights. In November, Wilson, 40, hit her goal of 165 lbs. (losing 40 lobs.) and returned to Austria's Vivamayr wellness resort (where her journey began) to "boost my immune system and lose my last two kilos."
