With most states requiring masks at least in crowded spots where social distancing isn't possible, these stars are reminding their followers to mask up amid the coronavirus pandemic
The actress and director showed off her matching mask with boyfriend Van Hunt. "You've got to COORDINATE #MasksSaveLives," Berry wrote.
Steve Martin joked about not being recognized in public since wearing face masks.
"I always wear a mask when I go outside. But something about it was leaving me anxious and unsettled. I thought about the problem, addressed it, and here is the solution," he captioned a selfie which showed a handmade sign of his name and an arrow pointing to his head.

Lively joked in the caption that their girls have a lot to look forward to when they're older. “We won’t embarrass them at all in middle school” she captioned the selfie.
Aniston posted a selfie in her mask on Instagram with a caption encouraging everyone to do the same. "It really shouldn't be a debate," the actress wrote.
"I understand masks are inconvenient and uncomfortable," the Morning Show actress began, "But don’t you feel that it’s worse that businesses are shutting down... jobs are being lost... health care workers are hitting absolute exhaustion. And so many lives have been taken by this virus because we aren’t doing enough."
Aniston continued, "I really do believe in the basic goodness of people so I know we can all do this 🥰 BUT still, there are many people in our country refusing to take the necessary steps to flatten the curve, and keep each other safe. People seem worried about their 'rights being taken away' by being asked to wear a mask. This simple and effective recommendation is being politicized at the expense of peoples’ lives. And it really shouldn’t be a debate 🙏🏼"
She concluded by adding, "If you care about human life, please... just #wearadamnmask 😷 and encourage those around you to do the same ❤️"
The Governor of New York is a vocal advocate for wearing masks, sharing both in his daily briefings and on his social media that wearing a mask is imperative to slow the spread of coronavirus.
Dempsey used the words of his Grey's Anatomy character to drive the point home that we should all be wearing masks
"It's a beautiful day to save lives," the actor wrote on Instagram, using the line his character, Dr. Derek Shepherd, would say before performing surgery. He added the hashtags "#WearAMask" "#COVID19" and "#YourActionsSaveLives" to the caption.
The Little Fires Everywhere actress donned a gingham face mask and urged her followers to use masks themselves.
She addressed fans in the caption of the photo, "Hey Everybody! Wearing a mask is not a political statement. It means you care about other people’s health and safety. Be KIND, wear a mask!"
