Brielle Biermann shares her balanced approach to diet and fitness

Brielle Biermann can rock a bikini, but she is not giving up her favorite foods to look good in a two-piece.

“Every day I have to have a cheeseburger or chicken tenders at some point throughout my day, and if I don’t have a little something sweet — whether it’s a peanut butter cup, a small brownie or anything chocolate — after dinner, I don’t feel like I ate,” the Don’t Be Tardy star, 19, tells PEOPLE. “My mom [Kim Zolciak-Biermann] tries to force me to eat salads but I’m not a fan!”

Biermann says her typical daily diet consists of a nutrition shake for breakfast, a steak or burger for lunch, and chicken and vegetables for dinner.

“I splurge more on lunch than I do dinner, because I have the rest of the day to burn it off,” she explains. “I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation. I honestly can’t stick to a diet to save my life.”

The reality star aims to hit the gym three times a week, depending on her schedule.

“I love spin class,” she says of her go-to workout. “I’m addicted to it.”

And while Biermann admits she does feel pressure to look good because she’s in the public eye, she ultimately cares more about how she feels than how she looks.

“I want to feel good about myself,” she says.
