Skillet Black Bean Queso
½ cup heavy cream
½ lb. American cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 15.5-oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 10-oz. can diced tomatoes with green chiles
Cilantro leaves, for garnish
Tortilla chips, for serving
In a skillet over medium heat, add heavy cream and both cheeses, stirring until melted. Stir in black beans and tomatoes and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
