Preheat oven to 250º. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.2. Combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, salt, vanilla and baking soda in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium-highheat, stirring occasionally, until mixture is boiling and thickens slightly, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat, and whisk in hazelnut-chocolate spread.3.
