Blue Cheese and Butter Sauce

4 parts butter
1 part blue cheese

1. Combine butter and cheese in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Melt together while stirring with a fork.
3. Pour over pasta cooked al dente.
4. Cover with “much” grated Parmesan.
