Bacon-Wrapped BBQ Shrimp
To be fair, anything wrapped in bacon is a winner. So naturally, this here recipe is a major hit. It’s super easy to make, yet it looks completely fancy. And you can eat four for around 150 calories.
EVEN EASIER: Buy a shrimp cocktail ring from the store, but spike the cocktail sauce with BBQ sauce, and stir in real crumbled bacon. Quirky, yet classy!
You could order some from your local Thai restaurant, but the chicken would likely be weighed down with too much oil and heavy peanut sauce. For the Hungry Girl version, just pop the chicken in the oven, and mix up the light sauce — you’re on your way to Satay Town, population of 55 calories per sauced skewer.
EVEN EASIER: Chop precooked chicken, and toss it with some light Thai peanut dressing, sliced water chestnuts, and fresh cilantro. Serve with leaves of butter lettuce for easy wraps!
Spicy Asian Meatballs
Meatballs are perfect for parties, where your primary utensil is often a toothpick. Well, this meatball recipe is next-level amazing! Super-flavorful meat, plus a sweet-heat sauce. Have three meatballs for about 100 calories!
EVEN EASIER: Get store-bought lean turkey meatballs, and pair ’em with that 4-ingredient sauce from the above recipe.

Fruity Fillo Tarts

Just over 100 calories for 3 crunchettes — you’re welcome!
EVEN EASIER: Take it down to two ingredients. Chop a standard Snickers bar into 10 pieces, and pop each chunk into a fillo cup. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. YUM.
