Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi has come a long way since her Jersey Shore days.
The former reality star, 27, may be busy with her two young children, Lorenzo Dominic, 3, and Giovanna Marie, 10 months, but that doesn’t stop her from stay in fighting shape — in fact, it’s what motivates her.
“I just really want to be a fit mom,” she told PEOPLE in May. “I want to be able to keep up with them, run after them.”
And now, Polizzi shares exclusively with PEOPLE Now exactly how she maintains that fit physique.
“I’m on a strict, strict diet because I want to gain a lot of muscle,” she says. “I don’t really do cardio. I’m not looking to lose weight and be skinny; I want to gain 10 lbs. of muscle.”
“I do a lot of weight lifting, a lot of plyometrics, like burpees and stuff like that,” she continues.
As for meals? “I get them delivered from my trainer,” Polizzi says. Here’s what’s on the menu on her average day.
