Summer brunch and endless mimosas go hand-in-hand, but things can turn south reaaal quick when you’re sitting in the hot sun and suddenly that pitcher’s gone lukewarm. Adding ice is out of the question, obviously — no one wants watered-down bubbly.
But, never fear! This fun hack will keep your drink chilled without watering it down. Simply make an extra batch the night before (we recommend ¾ parts champagne or prosecco to ¼ part orange juice), pour it into popsicle molds and freeze. When you serve your mimosas, give each person their own mimosa popsicle to put in their drink to keep it chill.
