People Editorial Guidelines Published on January 19, 2019 01:15 AM Share Tweet Pin Email It’s time for a ce-Lay’s-bration! After disappearing off the shelves for months, Lay’s has brought back their Fried Pickle with Ranch-flavored potato chips. The unique snack — which was inspired by a deep fried favorite at Midwest state fairs, according to its product description — made their return to Sam’s Club and are being offered at their stores around the nation. If you’re a pickle lover or a ranch lover (or both!) you’ll be into these chips. Lay’s harnessed all the flavors of the state fair favorite into a few bites — it tastes exactly like dill with a hint of fried batter and ranch dressing. At this time, it is not clear what prompted the company to bring the chips back or how long they will be available in stores. Representatives for Lay’s did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.
