The actress kicked off the holiday with some "#healthyeating" — which included a bowl of fresh sea urchin and grilled bread.
A veggie frittata, cinnamon rolls, bacon, sausage and berries all made it onto the Today anchor's Labor Day brunch table.
"Clams mussels and lobster old school style," the Blue Bloods actress captioned her photo of the catch of the day.

The Top Chef host kicked off the day in Brooklyn's Prospect Park with her daughter, Krishna, potato chips and "flying goldfish."
"I've been eating like I'm going to the electric chair," said the Extra star on his Instagram story, while showing off a burger topped with big chunks of lobster meat.
