The Real Housewives of New Jersey star celebrated her 44th birthday on May 18 alongside her four daughters and a rose-adorned cake – marking the occasion as the first birthday Giudice is ringing in since serving her prison sentence. "The sweetest birthday with my beautiful girls," the reality star writes.
