Khloé Kardashian has many great assets, but there is one in particular she loves the most.
The reality star recently hosted a cardio party at SoulCycle for her app users, and opened up to the spinning mecca’s Rider Report about her diet and exercise routine.
Although her workouts are “all about the ass,” when asked what her favorite body part is, Kardashian, 31, said simply, “my eyes.”
The star– who frequently documents her early morning sweat sessions and spin classes, which have helped her lose around 40 lbs. – is also having fun with fitness.
“Just had the best @soulcycle class with my fav [instructor] @cjennyc. Thank your to my app subscribers for coming and killing it!!!!,” she posted on a Instagram alongside a photo of her and Soulcycle’s Jenny Canales.
“I have pre-sliced fruits and vegetables and hummus in my fridge at all times,” Kardashian told Soul Rider Report of her must-have healthy snacks. And when she’s finished with her spin class, the star “always” goes for a Justin’s Almond Butter Pack and a protein shake.
As for her must-have music to spin to? “I love any song I can sing to,” Kocktails with Khloé host said. “I was once singing so loud to Beyoncé that someone moved her bike to get away from me!”
