Khloé Kardashian is arguably the most avid fitness buff and healthy eating advocate in the Kardashian clan, but that doesn’t stop her from sneaking in a cheat day every once in awhile.

She and sister, Kim Kardashian West, headed to San Diego for their great grandmother Mary Jo Shannon‘s store opening and birthday dinner—and road-tripped like real foodies are supposed to. This means fast food stops, gulps of pop and yes, snacks on top of snacks, all of which she documented on her blog, Khloe with A K.

“Sometimes treat day gets a little crazy, okkur!” she wrote. “This was definitely one of those days, LOL. Kim, the kids and I drove down to San Diego for MJ’s store opening party together and I went HAM!!”

Though the reality star and her sisters have more than expressed their affinity for Popeyes chicken biscuits—they were in a McDonald’s kind of mood for this morning SoCal voyage. For breakfast, she indulged in an Egg McMuffin and four hash browns (“yes I said 4, no shame boo!”), washing the carb-heavy meal down with 2 ginger ales.

Chicken fingers and a coke served as her lunch, and she also snacked on Cheez-It crackers, vanilla wafers and raisins throughout the ride. “I blame Kim for keeping bomb kids’ snacks in her car,” she said.

During the store opening, she sipped wine and nibbled on cheese cubes but slowly crept back over to the healthier side for dinner— noshing on fried avocado and almond-crusted halibut. And dessert? A chocolate bar and birthday cake from Hansen’s, the Kardashian’s favorite bakery, of course.

This was a cheat day indeed, but in true Khloé fashion, we’re sure she’ll be compensating the indulgence with more of her killer workouts.
