KFC

It also comes slathered with a Cheetos sauce, obviously.

It’s already been established that putting chips on sandwiches is an absolute revelation, which is why KFC’s new Cheetos Sandwich looks like crunchy, cheesy bliss.

Testing in select locations in North Carolina, Virginia and Georgia, the Cheetos Sandwich consists of an extra crispy chicken filet topped with special Cheetos sauce placed on a mayo-slathered, toasted bun with a layer of crunchy Cheetos.

Their promise? “A blast of craveable Cheetos in every bite.” The new menu item is a riff on their signature Crispy Colonel sandwich, which was introduced in April last year. The Cheetos, of course, add a one-two punch of flavor and crunch.

The Cheetos Sandwich will be available for $4.79 in select restaurants throughout the Greensboro, North Carolina, Raleigh, North Carolina, Roanoke, Virginia, Richmond, Virginia and Greenville, Georgia areas until March 24, or until supplies run out.

Don’t hail from one these lucky southern states? Fear not, if the testing goes over well (and how could it not?), chances are KFC will consider launching the sandwich nationwide. In the meantime, keep praying they release a Flamin’ Hot version.
