Exclusive Photo Diary: Inside the Opening of Joey Fatone's Fat One's Hot Dog Stand
The former 'NSYNC member kicked off the first day of his hot dog stand on September 9 with a "quick photo before the chaos ensued!" alongside his business partner and manager.
There were no backup dancers in sight but the boy bander was joined by a drum line and stilt walkers to celebrate his arrival.
The stand's 50th customer at the Florida Mall was rewarded with an over-the-top hot dog balloon hat — and looked pretty pleased about it.
"Italian ice for everyone!" said Fatone of the colorful dessert he handed out with enthusiasm.
SAY 'HOT DOG'
Fatone's nephew posed inside his Hotdogram sign while wearing a "Who is Joey Fatone?" t-shirt and hat. "The perfect photo opp!" he said.
The Fat One’s cooks and cashiers smiled for the camera before welcoming their first slew of customers.
NUMBER 1 FANS
Orlando 'NSYNC fans made custom t-shirts for the big day inspired by the boy band's popular hits. Our personal favorite? "Fry, Fry, Fries."
"Stilt walkers to entertain guests as they wait in line," said Fatone of the restaurant's entertainment.
NEXT IN LINE
Fatone took a break from handing out hot dogs and ices to pose with his 200th customer.
THAT'S A WRAP
Tons of pleased customers, including some in hot dog balloon hats, made the "Grand opening a success," he said.
