How To Get Jennifer Aniston's Amazingly Toned Arms

She knows how to wow on the red carpet in gorgeous sleeveless gowns. Now, Jennifer Aniston is revealing what it takes to get those killer guns.
Working out at least six days a week, Aniston, 47, says weight training does the trick.
“Lifting your own body weight,” she tells PEOPLE in this week’s World’s Most Beautiful cover story. “When I’m at the gym, there are the ropes. Grab little 5-lb. weights if you have nothing else and just move them around.”
The star, who also credits yoga for helping keep her limbs lean, does spin-yoga three days a week, “which is 25-30 minutes of spinning and then 30-40 minutes of yoga.”
She likes to mix up her exercise to keep it interesting and to “shake it up,” Aniston adds. “You know, muscle confusion.”
