POPCORN WREATH
The failed popcorn wreath is certainly colorful, but unless its creator was going for an abstract look, those kernels should have been left in the bowl. As for that magazine-worthy version, the crafty mom blogger who made it admits that her kids were more interested in eating the popcorn than attaching it, so she did most of the labor herself.

"Why don't my homemade Christmas decorations (helped by toddlers!) look like Pinterest?" asked this Twitter. She might have a point, but judging from the aftermath, we're betting that was one seriously fun playdate.

SOCK WREATH
Confession: The bottom sock wreath is totally how ours would turn out if we attempted this project, which is why we stick to the tried-and-true (and foolproof!) evergreen variety.
