The Golden Girls turns 30 on Monday — and this, of course, calls for celebration.

Though the sitcom continues to live on through syndications, LEGO and the ubiquity of Betty White, we’d like to think that the show’s most enduring legacy is cheesecake.

Yes, cheesecake.

“Do you know how many great, late night talks we’ve had at this kitchen table over cheesecake,” Dorothy asks Rose on one episode. The answer turns out to be 146. And while we don’t have 146 separate cheesecake recipes for you, we’ve got a few, all interspersed with videos of the Girls. (You’re welcome.)

First: The chocolate cheesecake that Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Kathy Wakile calls her favorite —a twist on the classic Almond Joy candy bar.

Second, a lighter indulgence: Hungry Girl Lisa Lillien’s healthy red-white-and-blue cheesecake, made with blueberries and strawberries.

And lastly: Jessa (Duggar) Seewald’s pretzel cheesecake. We’d love to see what the original Girls would have said about the inclusion of pretzels into their beloved cheesecake, but maybe they’d have second thoughts after tasting it.

Truly, what can you say about seven years of fights and laughter, secrets… cheesecake? Well, IMDB has one last bit of relevant trivia for you:

Bea Arthur hated cheesecake.
