The beloved cookies are now available for on-demand delivery, PEOPLE can reveal exclusively. The Girl Scouts of the USA, who officially kicked off sales on Tuesday, collaborated with Grubhub in select areas for their 2021 cookie season in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. The partnership offers pickup or delivery on Grubhub.com or the Grubhub app, making it easier than ever to procure a package of your favorite flavors. "A hands-on experience in managing e-commerce, local Girl Scouts will track and fulfill orders, manage inventory and more, all using Grubhub's back-end technology," GSUSA says in a press release about the partnership. "As always, the proceeds benefit the troop and council while providing another innovative way to safely run the cookie program virtually." Grubhub waived all fees for the organization so you can rest assured that all usual proceeds will benefit the troops and council. Aside from Grubhub delivery, beginning Feb. 1, GSUSA will be opening "virtual cookie booths" so customers who don't know a Girl Scout can still place online orders. Alongside the classics — Lemon-Ups, Lemonades, Thin Mints, Caramel deLites/Samoas (depending on your region of the country), Peanut Butter Patties/Tagalongs, Do-si-dos/Peanut Butter Sandwich, Shortbread/ Trefoils, Toffee-tastic, Caramel Chocolate Chip and Girl Scout S'mores — GSUSA is introducing a new offering called the Toast-Yay! cookie. Toast-Yay! Girl Scout Cookies. Girl Scouts of the USA Inspired by French toast, Toast-Yay! cookies are shaped like mini toast slices and dipped in a rich icing on one side. "The name is designed to be a play on words for 'toasty,' which evokes the warmth and joy we believe people will associate with this great new French-toast-inspired flavor," a rep for the Girl Scouts previously told PEOPLE. "This season, our girls will continue to exemplify what the cookie program taught them—how to think like entrepreneurs, use innovative sales tactics and pivot to new ways of doing business when things don't go according to plan," she continues. Batty also notes that the cookie program "is what keeps Girl Scouts thriving in communities across the country and is proven to build girls' leadership skills and help them become successful in life." "Like other people running small businesses, Girl Scouts are growing their cookie sale online to connect to consumers who may be harder to reach during the pandemic, all while staying resilient and learning skills such as money management, goal setting and customer service," Batty adds of the limited-contact initiatives.
