Gilmore Girls fans can now add a sweet, chilly treat to their Nov. 25th shopping list.

To celebrate Netflix’s revival of the beloved series, Brooklyn-based Ample Hills Creamery announced the winning flavor for its Gilmore Girls Ice Cream Contest flavor—and the winning combo will come as no surprise to GG diehards. “They Scoop Gilmores, Don’t They?” is a mix of coffee and chocolate pudding ice creams, snickerdoodle cookies and pink Pop Tart (the Gilmore ladies’ favorite on-the-go breakfast food) sprinkles. “After combing through over 2,500 entries, we are thrilled to announce the winning flavor!” the creamery revealed on Instagram.

The ice cream carton label features a sketch of Lauren Graham‘s Lorelai (with coffee cup in hand) and Alexis Bledel‘s Rory Gilmore (in her Chilton uniform) in Luke’s Diner.

The winning ice cream, a play on the iconic episode They Shoot Gilmores, Don’t They?, will be available at all of the chain’s New York City locations and can be shipped nationwide.

In October, Netflix converted 200 coffee shops around the U.S. and Canada into mini versions of Luke’s Diner, Rory and Lorelai’s favorite Star Hollows eatery. And earlier this year, superfan Kristi Carlson announced plans to release the Eat Like a Gilmore cookbook, a compilation of new recipes inspired by the series.

If coffee ice cream isn’t your thing, you can also pick from other Gilmore-inspired flavors.

“You can order individual pints in a Choose Your Own Story 5-Pack or opt for a Gilmore Girls-themed 4-Pack Where You Lead, I Will Marshmallow (name suggested by Rebecca Phillips) that includes two pints of the winning coffee chocolate pudding flavor, 1 pint of marshmallowy goodness in the form of Snap, Mallow, Pop! ice cream and 1 pint of No Sleep Till Pumpkin ice cream– coffee base with pumpkin ooey gooey butter cake pieces.”

Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life premieres Nov. 25 on Netflix.
