I love this time of year. Warm, beautiful weather means different things to different people. For some, it means they can walk to work, for others, it means tennis and golf season. But, for all of us, it means we shed our bulky clothing and reveal our “hibernation” bodies.

So, with that in mind, it’s time we buckle down and tone up for tank top and bathing suit season.

Two-for-One Summer Fun
The following three moves are combinations of two separate moves each so you can double down and get twice as much work done in half the time!

Do each exercise for 20 reps (that’s 20 reps of each of the two movements that make up the exercise), and do all three of the exercises as a continuous circuit three to four times a week.

Single-Arm DB Row to DB Tricep Kickback
This first movement tones the triceps and the upper back. It combines a dumbbell kickback with a dumbbell row.

Deadlifts to Hammer Bicep Curl
By combining a stiff leg deadlift and a hammer curl, the second move hits the back of the thighs (hamstrings) and the front of the arms (biceps).

Pike Pushup
And last, but not least, the final move targets the abs and chest by coupling a pike plank and a push-up.
