She replaces panelist Joe Bastianich, whom already announced his departure from the franchise. Tosi is the co-owner and founder of N.Y.C.’s Momofuku Milk Bar and creator of out-of-this world delicacies such as compost cookies, and cornflake-chocolate-chip-peppermint treats. She also partnered with supermodel Karlie Kloss on their wheat and dairy-free Karlie’s Kookies.
