1 block tofu (4 ounces)
1 tbsp. honey
Vanilla or almond flavoring
¼ cup skim milk
1. Simmer tofu in a pan of water for five minutes.
2. Blend until smooth, bean curd, honey, milk, and vanilla or almond flavoring to taste.
3. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Chill overnight.
