She’s shown millions how to squat, plié and crunch with her Blogilates videos on YouTube. Now Cassey Ho, 28, is taking her viral videos to the studio, kicking off a partnership with 24-Hour Fitness, where her POP Pilates classes will be taught nationwide. The Pilates-inspired program is fusion of ab-chiseling, total-body-defining moves choreographed to Top 40 hits.

To celebrate her new adventure, Ho shared her top tips with PEOPLE for looking and feeling your best.

Take a break from exercise — your body needs rest.
“I don’t work out every single day,” Ho tells PEOPLE. “I try to do it four to five times a week: 30 minutes in the morning of really quick Pilates plus high-intensity interval training to get in my cardio.”

Surround yourself with positivity.
“Delete negative people from your life,” she says. And that means digitally, too: “Unfollow people on Instagram who don’t make you feel good about yourself.” Then create a support system. “It’s super important to have a group of friends who are supportive of your goals, because if you’re at home — whether it’s your husband or your wife or even your so-called friends — and they don’t believe in what you’re doing or make fun of you for trying to get healthier, that’s not going help you on your journey.”

Eat as clean as possible.
“One thing that everyone can do to feel healthier is to nourish the body right, because it all starts from the inside,” she says. “That means eating lots of vegetables and natural foods, as unprocessed as possible. And drink tons of water because that will flush everything out.” So what’s her go-to snack for energy? At home, it’s Ezekiel bread with avocado and egg on top. At work she might grab a bowl of edamame, a pack of nuts or “just a piece of fruit to get my energy back up.”

Spice up your workouts.
“I really love trying new fitness formats,” says Ho. (Why are we not surprised?) “The more excitement you can create in your life, the more you’re going to be willing to do it.” And don’t be afraid to get by with a little help from your friends! Says Ho: “I love that people do turkey trots together the morning of Thanksgiving. We need to make it fun.”

Hold yourself accountable.
“Record your food and workouts every single day, plus how much water you’re drinking and how you’re sleeping,” she suggests. To help with this, Ho is releasing her third fitness planner in November. “It’s like your life planner, to make sure you’re on track.” When it comes to food, she says, a lot of people sneak in extra calories without acknowledging it. “It’s important to write it all down and realize it, and then take care of yourself from that point forward,” she says. “The journal is about creating your story throughout the year so you can look back at your before and after photos and see how you have changed.”
