Quite a few of my clients and friends have asked about training before, during and after pregnancy. I always tell them that what you did before being pregnant, you can do after as long as your doctor has approved you for exercise!

This is why I wanted to bring you this great video full of pregnancy safe moves that you don’t normally see. They are fun and different and can be done whether you are pregnant or not.
