Don’t try to tell us that summer is over — we’re still looking for new ways to eat ice cream.

This food hack will change the way you think about brownie sundaes forever. Sounds like a hyperbole, we know, but it’s true. Rather than baking your brownies in a pan (snoozefest), you bake them inside of ice cream cones.

Here’s how you do it: Take some flat-bottomed sugar cones and place them upright on a rimmed baking sheet. Fill each about ¾ of the way full with brownie batter (store-bought mix is just fine, but if you want a fancy recipe, we’ve got one). Carefully transfer the tray to a 350° oven until just cooked through. Let them cool slightly, then top with vanilla ice cream and your favorite sundae toppings!

Watch the video above to see exactly how it’s done—and if you’re hungry for more food hacks, we’ve got you covered.
