Amelia Freer, the nutritionist behind Sam Smith’s incredible weight loss, is back with a brand new book of her favorite healthy recipes – including one from longtime client Boy George.

“It contains recipes to cover you in every circumstance – from big dinner parties to rustling up something when you’re on the go, to ways to embrace healthy fats or improve digestive health,” Freer tells PEOPLE of her new book Cook. Nourish. Glow.

“I’ve been obsessed with cooking in a healthy way for over 10 years, and a massive collector of recipes,” she continues. “These are all my favorites in one place, tried and tested on my friends and family. I hope it makes a positive impact on everyone’s health.”
