Beth Behrs’ Citrus Green Smoothie Bowl
1 tsp. orange zest (from 1 orange)
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 cup loosely packed fresh baby spinach
1 medium-size ripe frozen banana
¼ cup packed mashed avocado
2 tbsp. honey or agave syrup
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. flaxseeds
¾ cup coconut water
2 ice cubes
Process all the ingredients in a high-powered blender on high speed until smooth. Pour mixture into bowls, and add your favorite toppings like granola, golden raisins, fresh blueberries, pomegranate seeds, dried pineapple and shelled pumpkin seeds.
