Jenelle Evans has had a run-in with the law – for the third time this year.

The Teen Mom 2 star was arrested Thursday in Horry County, South Carolina, for allegedly assaulting her ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith’s new girlfriend, Myrtle Beach Online reports.

According to WBTW, officers were called to a home in the Myrtle Beach area for an assault at about 2 p.m. The victim, who is believed to be Griffith’s girlfriend, told officers she was at the home, helping Griffith gather his belongings since he no longer lives there.

The 29-year-old victim is claiming that Evans threw a drinking glass at her head.

The exes, who got engaged in January, had a rocky on/off relationship and split in July.

Just days after the proposal, Evans and Griffith, who have a son Kaiser, 1, got into a heated argument that was captured on an episode of Teen Mom 2.

“I’m aggravated from hell,” Evans said.

Evans has been charged with assault in the third degree, according to WBTW.

She was previously arrested in May and charged with criminal domestic violence for allegedly assaulting Griffith.
