Actor Seth Gilliam, who plays the morally conflicted Father Gabriel on The Walking Dead, was arrested Sunday in Peachtree City, Georgia, for DUI, marijuana possession and speeding.

Gilliam, 46, was pulled over by an officer just after 2 a.m. on Sunday for going 107 m.p.h. in a 55-m.p.h. speed zone, according to a police report obtained by The Hollywood Reporter.

The officer claimed in the report that he smelled alcohol and asked Gilliam if he had been drinking, to which the actor stated he had consumed three beers and a shot.

Gilliam reportedly registered a .107 blood alcohol level.

In addition, the police report stated the arresting officer also smelled marijuana and discovered a joint hidden in the armrest, TMZ reports.

Gilliam, who has also appeared in The Good Wife, The Wire, Teen Wolf and last year's Still Alice, starring Oscar-winner Julianne Moore, was taken to the Fayette County Jail, according to CNN, and charged with DUI, drug possession and speeding.

He was reportedly arrested and released after posting a $9,818 bond.

Production on season six of the The Walking Dead began this week in Atlanta, but AMC declined to comment on whether Gilliam's arrest will impact production of its hit zombie series, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
