Lindsay Lohan seems to be taking her latest court hearing seriously: The actress showed up a Beverly Hills courthouse uncharacteristically early and dressed in a smart black top and slacks Tuesday morning.

Lohan, 24, is in court for a judge to determine whether or not the star followed court orders in her ongoing probation case. She could be facing up to six months in jail if found in violation.

At issue Tuesday is whether Lohan has been attending her court-ordered alcohol education class once every week without fail. L.A. Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers is currently questioning the director of Lohan’s program, Cheryl Marshall, on the stand.

“[Lohan] clearly violated your orders,” Meyer told the judge. “She was to abide by all rules and regulations of the court.”

Meyers is also asking the judge to find Lohan in violation if she indeed had alcohol in her system when the actress’s SCRAM bracelet went off early last month. Judge Revel said in open court that Lohan’s blood alcohol level “tested at .03 just before midnight on June 7, and by 4 a.m., it was back to zero.”

However, the judge later ruled that she would only consider Lohan’s class attendance record and not the SCRAM alert because the latter was merely a violation of her bail terms, and not probation.

The actress has been treading on thin ice with the court since October, when Judge Revel sternly warned the actress not to create any more mishaps in her case otherwise she’d face jail time.

Since then, Lohan pulled a no-show at a mandatory progress review hearing in May, claiming her passport was stolen while at the Cannes Film Festival. She was fitted with the alcohol-monitoring bracelet as a result and has been subject to random drug testing.
