According to Metropolitan Police, officers were “alerted to a disturbance” at 5:11 p.m. at the newly opened Terminal 5, where travelers’ frustrations have flared due to baggage delays since opening last week. “Subsequently, a 37-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a police officer,” a police spokesperson says. “She was taken to Heathrow Police Station where she currently remains in custody.” Police didn’t identify the woman. But a source confirms it was the 37-year-old Campbell, arrested after she boarded a plane. “Police were called to remove a passenger from a British Airways flight this afternoon,” a British airport authority spokesperson says. The passenger was Campbell, awaiting the British Airways flight to Los Angeles, a source tells Reuters. This is the latest alleged scuffle involving Campbell. She was ordered to attend anger management classes and complete five days of community service last year working in a New York sanitation garage after she allegedly threw a cell phone at her housekeeper.
