Mindy McCready was all smiles as she left an Arkansas courthouse following a child-welfare hearing on Monday.

“WE WON!!! ZAN STAYS,” McCready wrote in a text message to HLN‘s Jane Velez Mitchell that night. “Court details sealed but we love Judge Lee W. Harrod.”

The hearing concerned McCready’s 5-year-old son Zander after the pair were found hiding in a Heber Springs home Friday night.

McCready, who disappeared with her son a week ago, lost custody of him while she battled substance abuse.

On Monday, she told reporters that she couldn’t talk about the ruling but said she’s “a happy girl right now.”

“I love Judge Harrod, I’ll tell you that,” she said. “He’s a good man.”
