The convicted burglar charged with breaking into Miley Cyrus‘s home in December has pleaded not guilty.

Rusty Sellner, who was arrested Monday, entered non-guilty pleas to burglary, receiving stolen property and grand theft Thursday, the Associated Press reports.

Prosecutors allege that Sellner broke into the 22-year-old star’s Los Angeles home and stole her and her brother’s personal property, according to a press release issued by the L.A. District Attorney Thursday.

If convicted, Sellner, 22, faces up to seven years and eight months in prison.

This is the second burglary to hit the singer in a little over a year. Last June, authorities convicted a couple that broke into Cyrus’s home and stole her Maserati and jewelry.
