Michelle Rodriguez has had drug testing performed to prove she is clean of drugs, according to, which has published what it says are her Oct. 18 test results.

The site says she underwent the test – which clears her of having any trace of 10 common substance groups or alcohol in her bloodstream – after rumors circulated that she was still partying hard, even after her most recent brush with the DUI laws. Rodriguez even uses her own Web site to direct fans to the report on TMZ.

The 29-year-old was sentenced Oct. 10 to six months in jail for violating probation in a DUI case, and the Lost star must report to a Los Angeles County jail by Dec. 24. She is currently filming a sci-fi epic in New Zealand with Titanic director James Cameron.

Meanwhile, a petition has been launched by her webmaster called Free Michelle Rodriguez that is accessed from her official MySpace page.

“There is no lesson that Michelle Rodriguez could learn in 180 days that she couldn’t learn in 18, or even 8. We do not believe that the imprisonment of this women is a demonstration of justice nor a fair punishment for her crimes. She is a good person,” says the petition directed to Rodriguez’s judge in the case.

“The Michelle of today is not the same Michelle of 2 years ago who committed that second DUI, or even the same Michelle of a year ago. She is not perfect, and even she will admit she’s made many mistakes, but she’s ever evolving, as we all are,” it says. “To us, she is not a celebrity. We do not just support her for her few films or her professional career. We support her as a human being who, flaws included, has demonstrated so much kindness to others.”
