A South Carolina man was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman after watching a football game at a bar with her husband, according to a Myrtle Beach Police incident report obtained by PEOPLE.
Larry Milan Jacobs, 35, allegedly told his friend that he was leaving early to pick up his daughter on Sept. 3. Instead, he went to his friend’s house, where he sexually assaulted the man’s wife, the report states.
The alleged victim claimed that she was home alone when she heard a knock at the door. She answered to find Jacobs standing there.
He allegedly told her that he “knows that she wants him.” She denied it and after a brief argument, he allegedly pushed her into the laundry room and then assaulted her.
Jacobs is charged with one count of third-degree sexual conduct and one count of first-degree burglary for the incident. He is being held on $30,000 bail for each charge, according to the Horry County Sheriff’s Office.
Records do not list a lawyer for Jacobs. He has not yet entered a plea to the charges against him.
