Man Formally Charged in Lindsay and Audrina Burglaries
Nicholas Prugo faces up to six years in prison for allegedly stealing more than $170,000 in valuables
If convicted, Calabasas, Calif. native Nicholas Prugo, 18, faces up to six years in state prison. He was arrested last month and is free on $100,000 bail.

Prugo is accused of breaking into Patridge’s house on Feb. 23 and allegedly taking more than $43,000 in jewelry and designer clothes. Lohan’s home was burglarized on Aug. 23 and an estimated $128,000 in jewelry, designer clothes and accessories were taken.
A source close to the case says two more accomplices, including 19-year-old suspect Rachel J. Lee, may be charged soon.
Prugo’s attorney, Sean G. Erenstoft, wasn’t immediately available for comment.
Prugo is expected to enter a plea on Nov. 12.
