The 57-year-old singer uploaded a throwback photo to Instagram of her with her children, Lourdes, now 19, Rocco and now-10-year-old David. “Love Conquers All,” she captioned the photo. Earlier this month, news broke that Madonna and her ex-husband Guy Ritchie are in a custody battle over Rocco. Rocco has been with his father in London, but recent reports state that the teen was ordered by a judge to return to New York to be with Madonna. Rocco reportedly expressed his desire to remain with his father. Just days after a custody hearing in New York, Madonna shared a Christmas Day Instagram photo of her and Rocco smiling. (He was in England spending the holidays with his father.) She included the caption: “Merry X-mas to the Sun-shine of my Life!” Madonna was present at the custody hearing in December when Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Deborah Kaplan ordered Rocco to return New York and said the teen will receive a court-appointed attorney, The New York Post’s Page Six reports. “If he wants to stay with his father, he must return to his mother,” Kaplan said. Madonna and Ritchie divorced in 2008 after seven years together. The two are also the parents of David, whom they adopted in 2006.
