Lindsay Lohan Could Face Arrest for Not Finishing Community Service
The troubled star has reportedly completed less than 20 of the 125 additional hours she agreed to complete by May 28
Lindsay Lohan could be arrested when she returns to the U.S. from London.
The troubled star is due back in court in California on Thursday for a probation progress report in her 2012 reckless driving conviction, but TMZ reports that the 28-year-old has done less than 20 of the additional 125 community service hours she agreed to complete by May 28.
“We’ll probably ask that her probation be revoked,” Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White told the New York Daily News on Wednesday. “It doesn’t appear she’s taking it very seriously.”
Lohan posted a photo on Instagram on Tuesday that showed her working on her community service in London at a desk loaded with a stack of envelopes.
The Mean Girls actress was given the extra hours after White challenged the log sheet she submitted in January that covered her original 240-hour sentence.
“There were things she did that didn’t qualify as community service,” White told PEOPLE in February.
