Brand, 36, who married Perry, 27, in October 2010 and filed for divorce this past December, could lay claim to tens of millions of dollars from Perry – half of what she earned during the time they were married. The source says that the couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement. According to TMZ.com, which first reported the story, Brand’s lawyers filed final divorce papers on Tuesday, and the divorce is expected to be finalized June 30 after the mandatory six-month waiting period.
