According to court documents, the “Sorry” singer, who plead no contest to misdemeanor vandalism in July 2014, attended 12 sessions of anger management counseling and has completed 40 hours of community labor with Volunteers of America’s Family Homeless Shelter and The Gang Reduction & Youth Development Center. The 21-year-old has also paid over $80,000 in restitution. Donny Gomez, program manager of the Homeless Shelter, said that the singer was a “great worker,” and he believes that Bieber “has learned his lesson and will be a productive member of society and a great human being,” according to TMZ. According to the documents, Mr. Gomez also mentioned that Bieber had no problem “getting his hands dirty” while performing maintenance and janitorial work. The news comes shortly after the star admitted to having a ‘rough week’ after storming offstage during a performance in Norway. “Sadly it’s been a rough week for me, long days no sleep, while having to be ‘on’ as the would say for cameras fans etc. In no way did I mean to come across mean, but chose to end the show as the people in the front row would not listen,” Bieber wrote in a caption on Instagram. “Hopefully people will understand where I am coming from. I don’t always handle things the right way but I’m human and I’m working on getting better at responding not reacting.” Bieber’s highly anticipated album Purpose is slated to be released Nov. 13.
