Jeremy Jackson has been released from jail and is reportedly seeking treatment.

The Baywatch alum, 35, was released on bond on Tuesday and reportedly headed straight to a rehabilitation center on the same day, according to Entertainment Tonight.

ET reports that Jackson’s lawyer maintained the treatment is voluntary, not court ordered.

Jackson was arrested following an alleged incident in August, in which he has been accused of allegedly stabbing a woman after getting into an argument with her about her boyfriend’s car.

Jackson has pleaded not guilty and is due in court for a hearing in November, ET reports.

The actor was also arrested in April for allegedly stabbing a man and fleeing the scene.

Jackson was charged with assault with a deadly weapon for the April incident and was released on bail hours later. He told TMZ the stabbing was in self-defense, claiming he was the victim of an attempted robbery.
