Jaime Pressly Pleads Not Guilty to DUI
The actress's blood alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit, prosecutors say
Jaime Pressly pleaded not guilty in a Santa Monica, Calif., courtroom Friday to two misdemeanor DUI charges. A lawyer appeared on her behalf.
The My Name is Earl star, 33, was arrested on Jan. 6 and registered a .22 blood alcohol level, nearly three times the legal limit, according to Santa Monica Deputy City Attorney Melanie Skehar.
The actress’s next hearing date is set for March 18. Court records show the judge in her case ordered her to attend two Alcoholics Anonymous meetings twice a week for now.
