Playboy founder Hugh Hefner was deposed Wednesday in a sexual battery civil suit against embattled comedian Bill Cosby, according to a Los Angeles civil rights attorney.

Hefner’s deposition, which was videotaped, took place at the Playboy Mansion, Gloria Allred, who is representing alleged Cosby victim Judy Huth, said in a statement obtained by PEOPLE.

“Because there is a protective order in place, we are not at liberty to discuss any part of Mr. Hefner’s testimony. We look forward to our day in court, after criminal proceedings against Mr. Cosby are concluded,” Allred said.

A Playboy spokesperson did not return a request for comment. Nor did lawyers for Cosby.

Huth alleges Cosby molested her inside the Playboy Mansion when she was just 15 years old. She is just one of the more than 50 women who’ve accused Cosby of some form of sexual abuse.

Cosby and his lawyers have continually denied the allegations against him.

Huth has said that Cosby “took her hand in his and performed a sex act on himself without her consent.”

It is not the first time Hefner has been drawn into Cosby’s legal woes. On Monday, Chloe Goins, a former model who alleged Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted her at a Playboy Mansion party in 2008, sued Hefner claiming he was complicit in the alleged attack and should have known that Cosby had a history of allegedly assaulting women at the Mansion, according to a civil complaint obtained by PEOPLE.

The lawsuit seeks damages for sexual battery, gender violence, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, and conspiracy.

Goins alleged that when she was 18, she attended a party at the mansion and felt dizzy and sick to her stomach after being given a drink by Cosby who was allegedly introduced to her by Hefner. She claims Cosby then escorted her to a room, where she lost consciousness and awoke with her clothes off to find Cosby biting one of her toes and with her breasts “wet and sticky, as if someone had been licking them.”

Goins sued Cosby in federal court last year but abandoned the lawsuit in February, after the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office declined to file criminal charges in the case. Her case was refiled in state court Monday with Hefner added to the complaint.
