Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin Still Living Together, Court Documents Show

The couple's supposed living arrangement is revealed in a restraining order against an alleged stalker, just as the two were photographed separately at an event Thursday

The “consciously uncoupled” couple apparently still live together.

Documents filed by Gwyneth Paltrow in a case against an alleged stalker offer a telling detail about her relationship with Chris Martin.

While Paltrow, 41, announced their amicable split via her Goop website in March, it appears that she and Martin, 37, still live together, according to court documents filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by PEOPLE.

Paltrow sought and received a civil harassment restraining order against a 45-year-old man from Deer Park, Texas, who must stay away from her and her family for three years.

In that court order – which seeks protection for Paltrow and her two children, Apple, 9, and Moses, 7, – Martin is also listed, with the words “lives with petitioner” handwritten on the document.

The Academy Award-winning actress and Coldplay frontman, who wed in 2003, have been seen together repeatedly since announcing their split.

On Thursday, they were photographed, albeit separately, at a launch party in Los Angeles for Goop contributor Vicky Vlachonis’s new pain-relief book, The Body Doesn’t Lie. (Paltrow pal Cameron Diaz was also in attendance.)

Earlier this month, they were spotted dining together with friends in Los Angeles, and, in April, were seen holding hands at Robert Downey Jr.‘s 49th birthday party.
