The Bachelor season six winner Mary Delgado is in trouble with the law – again.

The former reality TV contestant, 42, who was arrested in a Texas bar in 2008 for public drunkenness, was pulled over early Thursday morning in Tampa for driving under the influence, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office’s Web site.

Delgado refused to take a blood alcohol test and was released on $500 bond, ABC Action News reports.

The DUI charge also comes two years after Delgado, a former cheerleader for the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers and now a real estate agent, was arrested for assaulting Bryon Velvick, who proposed to her in 2004 on the ABC show. The couple reportedly split in December 2009.
