Redmond O’Neal – the son of actors Ryan O’Neal and the late Farrah Fawcett – is in trouble again.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Keith L. Schwartz revoked O’Neal’s probation and also issued a no bail bench warrant for his arrest in April after Redmond’s probation officer notified him about the violation, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.

Redmond – who has had troubles with the law over the past years – seemed to be doing well after a progress report at the end of October 2014 determined an electronic monitoring device was no longer needed for his probation, which stems from drugs and weapons charges.

The 30-year-old just had his probation reinstated in October after getting it revoked earlier in 2014. In a June 2014 hearing in which the court continued to deny him probation, Judge Schwartz determined Redmond did not obey all the laws, used drugs and did not maintain doctor appointments, the papers state.

And in September 2011, O’Neal had his probation revoked once again for drug-related issues after he admitted to the use of narcotics in court-ordered rehab. The one year inpatient treatment was imposed after he pleaded no contest to felony gun possession and heroin possession in a L.A. courtroom a month before.

At the time, O’Neal’s father, Ryan told PEOPLE that Redmond “never recovered from the loss of his mother.”

Redmond’s lawyers have not returned calls for comment. A rep for Ryan O’Neal declined to comment.
