Erin Andrew’s boyfriend, Jarret Stoll, has been charged with felony cocaine possession.

Stoll, a center for the Los Angeles Kings, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance by the Clark County district attorney’s office on Monday, the Associated Press reports.

Stoll was arrested at MGM Grand’s Wet Republic pool complex in Las Vegas on April 17, after security guards found what they believed to be 3.3 grams of cocaine and several capsules of ecstasy during a routine search.

District Attorney Steven Wolfson reportedly declined to comment on why the charge only included cocaine possession.

If convicted, the hockey player faces up to four years in prison or probation if it’s a first offense, according to the Orange County Register.
